Anthony Cross joined Stony Hill Advisors in 2024, bringing extensive experience in consulting and technology sales. He has worked in various industries, including consumer products, communications, defense and military contracting, high-tech manufacturing, real estate management, pharmaceuticals, software, and telecommunications.
Anthony earned a BA in Business Management from Colorado State University and an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Certification from MIT.
His accomplishments include:
- Building, staffing, and deploying brand-new sales organization at AT&T, resulting in the location growing from 20 to 92 employees in six months and achieving #1 status out of 14 organizations nationwide within 3 years.
- Creating and executing a go-to-market program at AT&T to expand the market footprint for Fiber MPLS services, increasing volume by 4% YOY and revenue by $7.8M YOY.
- Directing a cross-discipline group in driving a full-scale fiber initiative at AT&T to add and integrate more fiber-ready buildings with turnkey solutions, representing 22% more locations and 191% more client accounts in only one year.
- Directing a pilot to build and develop a team of 16 technical engineers to drive adoption of SaaS, Cloud, PaaS, Cybersecurity, Consulting, and Collocation solutions to enterprise customers.
- Directing a team of 24 technicians to set up and maintain telecom networks at military locations worldwide, including in Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and the U.S., and serving as the senior switch systems operator responsible for microwave, satellite, and telecommunications systems.
- Bringing in $132M in new revenue after leading target marketing, channel management, relationship building, demand generation, and data analysis to advance campaign execution.
- Implementing and maintaining operational processes to track and manage headcount, budget, training, KPIs, and engagement to drive sales, resulting in $1.4M in net new revenue.
